Returns/Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your order, work must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will not be made on your return postage, full payment will be refunded upon safe return of the goods. If you wish to exchange your item please let me know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery.
Jewellery
All of the jewellery is hand-made in the UK by Sally Andrews. All of the jewellery is Sterling silver and hallmarked at London Assay office with the British Hallmarks. The gold jewellery is sterling silver with a heavy 22ct gold plating on the surface. The oxidised jewellery is sterling silver which has been oxidised to give the surface a black appearance.
Commissions
If you would like something specially designed all commissions are welcome. Any of the designs on the website can be created in any metal. Please email for a quote if you would like an item of jewellery in 18ct gold or platinum or with a gem stone added.
Postage & Delivery
There will be a charge of £6.50 for Special Delivery. Next Day guaranteed and insured delivery anywhere within the UK. Note that delivery will need to be signed for.
For overseas delivery please email for a quote.
Any damaged work must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Once you place your order I will order a confirmation and give you an estimated delivery date.
