18ct yellow gold ring with customers round diamond 0.07ct approximately G SI1 in an 18ct yellow rub-over setting. Channel set with an oval (7mm x 5.8mm x 3.5mm) bright red ruby  1.18ct

Customers name means moon which was reflected in the 'C'.
